Terms of Sale & Refund Policy

1. Orders & Payment

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Rylty Armory LLC never stores your card details. Prices are confirmed at the time of purchase. By completing checkout, you authorize the charge shown at checkout.

2. Custom Orders — Deposit & Balance Authorization

Custom engraving orders require a 30% deposit at the time of submission. By submitting a custom order and paying the deposit, you authorize Rylty Armory LLC to securely save your payment method with Stripe and to automatically charge the remaining balance to that saved payment method when you approve your design proof. The balance amount is shown to you before and at the time of proof approval. Approving your proof constitutes your express consent to this charge.

3. Design Proofs

Nothing is manufactured until you approve a design proof. Once a proof is approved, production begins and the design is considered final. Changes requested after approval may incur additional charges.

4. Refund Policy

Standard (shop) orders: unused, undamaged items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Custom orders: deposits are fully refundable until design work begins. Once a proof has been sent, the deposit is non-refundable, as it covers completed design work. Once a proof is approved and production begins, the order is non-refundable — custom-engraved items are made to your specification and cannot be resold. If we make an error (your piece does not match the approved proof), we will re-make it or refund it in full.

5. Shipping

All orders ship with tracking. Risk of loss passes to the carrier upon our delivery of the item to the carrier; however, we will assist with carrier claims for lost or damaged shipments. Signature confirmation may be required on high-value orders.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you have any issue with an order, contact us first — we resolve virtually every problem faster than a bank dispute. Records of your order, proof approval, payment authorization, and delivery tracking are retained and will be submitted as evidence in any payment dispute.

7. Compliance

All engraving work is performed on customer-supplied or lawfully sourced components in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local law. We reserve the right to refuse any order.
